Shipping Policy

How long will my package take to deliver?

All of our products are processed within 1-2 business days, but during peak times, such as holiday seasons, this may be slightly delayed by an extra day. After processing, please be aware that it will take between 1-5 business days for your package’s tracking information to be sent and updated.  

Custom Fees

In the unlikely case that your shipment may be held due to customs asking for fees, the customer is liable to cover those occurring fees.

United States

Since most of our items are shipped from multiple international warehouses, and depending on the demand of our items, the delivery time can range between 10-21 business days. Some products, depending on their manufacturer, will take a few days longer if they require special handcrafting work. 

Outside United States

Please allow 13-35 business days for your package to arrive at your doorstep. However, some countries not listed below can take up to 58 business days to arrive. 

Shipping method

In order to provide free worldwide shipping, with the most efficient and cost effective method that is available, we are using a method of shipment that is only available to countries listed below. Countries outside the list can still order from us and receive free shipping, but please know that the estimated delivery time can increase to 30-58 business days.

* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

*** Packages can be shipped to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States.

If by chance your item has not arrived

Please check the following:

1. Review your order confirmation and double check you have entered in the correct address (if applicable, apartment/unit number).
2. Call your post-office and ask them about your package
